SHIPPING

We have a flat shipping rate within Canada of $10.00CAD. All packages will be shipped using Canada Post or FEDEX.

Shipments to the United States will be sent via FEDEX at a flat rate of $15.00USD.

All international orders will be shipped via Canada Post, rates may vary.

All taxes and duties will be the responsibility of the customer on international shipments.

All of our products are handcrafted and the majority of our pieces are made to order. Due to this nature please allow for 10-14 business days for your order to be shipped.

RETURNS

zjujz.com will accept items for exchange or return under the following conditions:

Product must be unused, undamaged and accompanied by original invoice.

See the procedure below to return the items to zjujz.com:

You must ship your Return to ZJUJZ within 21 days of ship date.
All sales items are final sale, and therefore are not eligible for exchange or return.
Your Return must be in its original condition.

• Include the original Order Confirmation with your Return. 
• All returns/repairs must be listed on shipping documentation as RETURN/REPAIR
• Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is processed, a credit will be issued for the merchandise amount only. Once your return is processed, you will receive a credit through PayPal and will be credited for the merchandise amount only. We can not refund shipping charges on return items.
